The promoters of Jenson & Nicholson and MSL Industries Limited are the co-promoters of Differential who bring on table an enviable track record of professional excellence.

The board has a blend of people from the commercial spectrum as also professionals from both the IT field - Mr. Saurabh Srivastava, the founder member of NASSCOM, a promoter of Infinity India Venture Fund; as also from the financial sector - Mr. Dinesh C Kothari.

Differential commenced commercial operations in April 2000. Quality management time was devoted during the FY2000-2001 to create a world-class infrastructure, human capital and delivery parameters.

In terms of Human Capital, the current strength is 50 professionals. The Company also engages services of Domain Experts on need basis. The Company has been able to control the employee turnover rates and maintain them much below the industry average. Differential has invested towards creating systems, processes and procedures with an objective to reduce time to market for our clients thereby, passing the cost and first mover advantage to them.
